I want to be 11 stone 7 for my wedding (it is the target weight I have set myself, although ww suggests I should be 11st 1) thats 67 lbs to lose by then...I actually need to lose the weight of a large dog or wolf !!!! Interesting as I lost the equivalent of a small dog last week lol.
I have 66 weigh ins until my wedding date so a lb a week....doesn't sound TOOO bad.....will try. This is my incentive and motivation :)
