Essay demons

Today I have started on fast start. The food has been great and really tasty.
The only prblem is I have essay crisis and this is when I get the nibblies... I am chopping up veg and stuff so I have no point options but the draw of choc from the corner shop is so strong....what with that and the diet coke calling and I keep thinking to myself it is bad for my health to drink diet coke......arrrrggghhhh demons :o)

I keep staring at a blank page thinking gtime is running out but I just can't get my bottom in gear and keep dreaming of chocolate lol.

Anyway I have managed to be good. The photo above is from the trip Keith and I took to london at the weekend, we went to see Sister act :o) it was great, but my weight increase meant that my knees were killing me by the end of the day (we left at 5am and we got home at 10pm!!! so bonus points there then). Keith is being really supportive of my decision to lose weight again.

Well best get back to the essay not writing itself. :o)
