OMG its weigh in tomorrow!!!!!

So tomorrow is weigh in night....

On reflection my week has been a mixture of highs and lows so I have absolutely no idea what the scales may say. But I will take it head on whatever the outcome.

I have managed to increase my exercise, I have walked on 4 days out of the 7. I have not managed to do my exercise DVD or go to the gym as I have had this flu-bug thing.

My eating has been better and I have managed to stick to my three meals a day, and I have increased the amount of vegetables and fruit I have had so all is good I guess.

Todays exercise has consisted of me being a domestic goddess.....

I have bottomed my kitchen.

I have had every cupboard out and cleaned. I have binned the stuff that was out of date, despite toying with the idea that a decent bout of food poisoning may actually improve my weight loss.

I have got rid of all the kitchenware that I don't use so that I can see and arrange the kitchenware that I actually do use. My kitchen now looks like somewhere I might like to cook...pity the rest of y house doesn't look as good...it will do by Saturday...it has to I am having friends around.

So how many bonus points do I get for slaving away in my kitchen on the hottest day of the year so far for about 4 hours????? I am off to check out on my tracker.....

Keep everything crossed for me tomorrow, I promise not to stand on one leg in an attempt to weigh less. :o)

First weekend back on the wagon

Well its not a true test as I have been poorly. :o(

Maybe, if I look on the positive side, its the reaction my body is having to all the toxins coming out, what with me having healthy food and drinking lots of water. On the negative side it could just be a virus that everyone else is having at work, or on the real downer it could be my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome playing up......mmmmm, nope I don't think I will go into that one today, maybe when my joints hurt a little less.

So this weekend I slept through Saturday, and on Sunday my sister came over with her friend. We met at the Stork cafe (one of my favourite eateries). Now my sister and I both love our food, maybe different types of food, but our love of food is shared. She is tackling things the rosemary way whereas me I follow ww, however we both frequently fall off the wagon and bemoan our fat genes.

Well my sis and I enjoy walking and talking but walking always involves a tearoom and a bit of cake.....well not this morning. This morning I had a ploughmans...OK so a mini pork pie is not good....but the salad and stuff was great :o).

This evening I managed to stay off the nibbles by typing a letter to Keith, I must remember to post it in the morning...I can't believe it will take over 6 days to get to him :o(.

He seems so far away....but we have booked lots of weekends away. Can't wait to have him home. Mind you I think he may not help the weight loss....how do people manage eating out and dieting......
